Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bay Area Dashers services, operated by Luna Reign Project Management LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By submitting our forms or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

Vehicle Rental

Bay Area Dashers rents economy vehicles to qualified drivers for use on gig delivery platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Instacart, Lyft, and similar). Rentals are week-to-week at the agreed flat rate. The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition it was provided, subject to normal wear.

• Renter must hold a valid California driver's license
• Renter must be 21 years of age or older
• Vehicle may be used for gig platform deliveries only unless otherwise agreed
• Weekly rental payments are due on the agreed date
• Vehicles must not be driven outside the Bay Area without prior written approval

SMS Communications Consent

By submitting your phone number via our website or texting our business number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Bay Area Dashers related to your rental, application status, and account management. Message frequency varies — typically 1 to 5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of SMS at any time, reply STOP to any message. To request help, reply HELP or contact goldengclub@proton.me. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing.

Accident Reporting

Renters must report any accident, damage, or incident involving a Bay Area Dashers vehicle within 24 hours using the accident report form at bayareadasher.com/accidents or by contacting us directly. Failure to report may result in the renter assuming full liability for damage costs.

Payments

Rental fees are due weekly on the agreed date. Late payments may result in vehicle repossession. All fees are non-refundable once the rental period has begun.

Liability

Bay Area Dashers provides basic fleet insurance coverage as described at the time of rental. Renters are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear, traffic violations, tolls, and any fines incurred during the rental period.

Termination

Either party may terminate the rental agreement with 48 hours written notice. Bay Area Dashers reserves the right to immediately terminate a rental agreement for non-payment, vehicle misuse, or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Alameda County, California.
